Several members of staff are fluent in Russian. The family restaurant is a hidden gem with comfortable seating and is never crowded.

The staff is wonderful and kind. Unusually forthcoming. They are true professionals who look after the guest's needs. The room was abundently spacious and very clean, with every possible amenity (including a two-seat balcony with an ocean view). The hotel itself has a superb swimming pool (and kids pool) overlooking the ocean, a great pool bar, and they even make on-site cotton candy for the kids. The whole establishment is very family orientated, and I highly recomend it for families, couples and solo travellers alike. You feel protected and welcome! Will be back soon!

Everything was great except the facilities and cleanliness to work on. First the sink was stuck with water, staff cleared it, but still stuck when I switch on the faucet.. basically I can only wash my face and brush my teeth using the showering hose….

Room and service excellent. Breakfast ample and satisfied all tastes. Very convenient location. Nice view of the bay. Loved the pool -- great ambient.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. Lots of servings and different kinds of foods.
